Easter and last Sunday at Calvary before entering final stretch of quarantine.
Shortly before heading to surgery. He is totally ready to do this and get ride of seizures. Unbelievably positive attitude!
The day after surgery – looking amazing considering what he has been through!
Day 3 after surgery – motivated to stand when food is the reward!
Day 4 after surgery. Getting ready for the day by blocking out all the hospital noise with sound cancelling headphones.
Later that afternoon – a masterpiece (and not a bad watercolor either)!
Meanwhile that same day – women from Willow Street Mennonite do yardwork / mulch at our home.
Miscellaneous photos of the our family
Fighting tough battles, still seeking answers, trying new meds, lots of tests… and proud of our kids for all they endure!
Patiently waiting for Christmas!
Four generations (kind of)
A socially distanced picture of our children (Kari and Matthew in front; Sarah, Jeremy and Bailey the grand-dog 6 feet behind)
Best Christmas gift ever – breaking the Covid bubble long enough for Joan’s mom to see the latest great grandchildren (twins) for the first time in person.
Happy Covid Thanksgiving.
Matthew turns 8 and we have an outdoor super hero birthday party for him.
